Aiphone Technical Support

Aiphone’s Technical Support Department is available Monday thru Friday between the hours of 5:00 AM and 4:30 PM Pacific Time. Our highest telephone call volumes occur between the hours of 11:30 am and 1:30 pm Pacific Time. Calling outside of this 2 hour window will reduce the wait time before speaking with a technician.

Customer Service

Aiphone’s Customer Service Department is available between the hours of 6:00 AM and 4:30 PM Pacific Time. The Customer Service staff can provide you general pricing information, order tracking information and literature requests. Please contact us directly if you have other questions.
